Digital Movement

Privacy notice

How Digital Movement uses your information

Effective date: October 19, 2026 · For people in the United States who ask us about a website through our Facebook or Instagram form, by email or by phone.

The short version. We collect what you enter in our lead form (name, phone, email, business name and your answers) and use it for one thing: to contact you about your website request and, if you go ahead, to prepare your preview and invoice. We don't sell your information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't put you on a marketing list. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to see, correct or delete your information, at any time: email alex@digitalmovement.uk.

1. Who we are

Digital Movement Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17110525), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. In this notice, "we" and "Digital Movement" mean this company. We are responsible for the information described here.

Contact for anything in this notice: alex@digitalmovement.uk.

2. What we collect

From the lead form in our Facebook or Instagram ad:

If you email or call us: whatever you choose to tell us, such as your business, your current website and what you need.

From this website: nothing. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or other trackers. The company that hosts it (GitHub) may keep ordinary server logs, such as the IP address of a request, for its own security purposes under its own terms.

We don't ask for, and please don't send, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, health information or government ID.

3. Why we use it

That is all. We don't add you to a newsletter or marketing list, we don't upload your details to build advertising audiences, and we don't start automated follow-up marketing. A person on our team reviews each request.

4. Calls and texts

When you tick the box in the form, you agree that Digital Movement may call or text you at the number you gave us about your website request. Our calls and texts are made by a person on our team, not by automated dialing systems, and they are about your request only. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything from us.

To stop: reply STOP to any text from us (QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE also work), tell us on a call, or email alex@digitalmovement.uk. We stop as soon as we can, and no later than 10 business days after your request. We keep a note of your number only so that we don't contact it again.

5. Who processes your information

We use a small number of service providers to receive, store and work with your request. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

ProviderWhat it doesWhat it receives

Google LLC (Google Workspace)Our email and document storage.Emails between you and us, and documents about your project, such as the scope and the invoice.

We are a UK company, and the people who handle your request work from outside the United States, including from Indonesia. Your information is therefore accessed from outside the US, and our providers may store it in the US and in other countries.

We don't send your details, or what happens to your request, back to Meta or to any other advertising platform. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights in a dispute, or to a buyer if our business is sold, in which case this notice continues to apply.

7. Your choices

These choices are open to everyone, whatever state you live in.

8. California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you specific rights. This section explains them and what we do. We honor these rights for California residents whether or not a business of our size is required to.

We use these categories for the purposes in section 3, keep them for the periods in section 6, and disclose them only to the service providers in section 5. We don't collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we don't use any information to infer characteristics about you.

Sale and sharing

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We haven't done either in the last 12 months. We don't knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16. Because there is no sale or sharing, there is nothing to opt out of, and this website has no "Do Not Sell or Share" link. This website also sets no cookies, so a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser has nothing to switch off here.

Your rights

How to make a request

Email alex@digitalmovement.uk with the subject "California privacy request" and tell us what you would like us to do. We confirm your identity by matching the details you gave us, for example the name, phone number and email in your form submission. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your written permission; we may still ask you to confirm your identity directly. We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you why.

9. Residents of other states

Several other states have privacy laws with similar rights to know, correct, delete and opt out. Whether they apply to a small business like ours depends on thresholds, but the choices in section 7 are open to you either way. If you believe a state law gives you a right we haven't covered, email us and we will look into it.

10. Children

Our offer is for businesses, and this notice is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your information, we update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change affects a request you have already made, we tell you directly.
